No track record as a firm
Dark Ice Capital is a new firm and has no investment history as a firm. Its co-founder William Pohl III began managing investment funds in 2005; no results of the funds he ran before are shown on this site.
Company descriptions
Descriptions of our platform companies come from their own materials and describe businesses at different stages; some are in formation and some lines are planned. Figures from those materials are not shown.
Licensed businesses
Some platform companies own or plan licensed businesses. A change of their control may need regulatory approval first, and nothing here says that approval has been given.
